The club convenes on a monthly basis where different speakers cover a wide variety of topics. Details of the meetings appear on the website and newcomers are welcome to attend as a visitor at the first two meetings. Membership to BPW is intended for the establishment of networking links and the development of friendships between career-minded women. It also provides a forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas which are then translated into action.

Through membership, women can educate themselves on vital matters and this can help to influence public opinion. BPW membership is open to women from all levels in society and not necessarily only for career-minded women.
